As an employer, you are legally required to display certain workplace information clearly for your staff. Here’s what campsite owners in the UK need to know.

Like any business, your campsite must comply with employment and health and safety regulations. This includes visibly displaying mandatory notices for all employees. Below is a summary of key information that should be clearly posted on-site.

Note: If you employ five or more employees, you must also have a written Health & Safety Policy available to all staff. Larger campsites (50+ staff) may have further obligations under collective bargaining or employee consultation laws.

Tip: All notices should be located in accessible areas such as break rooms, reception areas, or staff entrances. Consider printing in multiple languages if you employ seasonal workers from abroad.
